Get Ready for the Bach to Rock National Battle of the Bands 2024!
We are thrilled to announce the dates for the highly anticipated 2024 Bach to Rock National Battle of the Bands! This annual event brings together some of the most talented young musicians from Bach to Rock bands at all our locations across the country, showcasing their skills and passion for music.
Each school submits some of their top bands to perform a four-minute set. They can play a cover of their favorite song, or an original song from their band. Bands with original songs receive two additional points to their score.
Our judges will give points to bands based on their performance, stage presence, and ensemble precision! Winners will receive prizes from our sponsors and an award.

Key Dates to Remember
Fan Voting Begins: Friday, June 21, 2024 The excitement kicks off on June 21 when fan voting officially begins. This is your chance to support your favorite bands and help them get crowned Fan Favorite! Stay tuned for more details on how to cast your vote and make your voice heard!
Live Showtimes: Saturday, July 13, 2024 Join us for an unforgettable day of performances as the best bands compete for the top spot. The live showtimes for each division are as follows:
- Elementary School Division: 3:30 – 5:00 PM ET
- Middle School Division: 5:00 – 7:00 PM ET
- High School Division: 7:00 – 8:30 PM ET
Each division will feature an array of talented young musicians, all eager to showcase their hard work and dedication. Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to witness the future stars of the music world!
How to Participate
Whether you’re a student, parent, or just love great music, there are plenty of ways to get involved:
- Vote for your favorite band: Fans can vote for their favorite band on our website starting Friday, June 21. Fan voting ends on Sunday, June 30th at midnight.
- Stream live at home: The show will premiere on YouTube starting at 3 PM ET on July 13.
- Host a watch party: Get the band together and host or attend a watch party!
