June Student of the Month – Layla M

My name is Layla M. and I take singing lessons at Bach to Rock.

What inspired you to play music? I like singing a lot.

What is your favorite style of music? Pop music!

Who is your favorite artist and why? Dua Lipa because her songs are fun.

What is your favorite song to play? No Lie by Sean Paul and Dua Lipa

What are you learning right now in your lessons? I’m learning about vocal slides right now.

What are you most looking forward to learning/performing? I’m excited to doing a private performance for my friends and family. 

What’s your favorite thing about Bach to Rock? I get to do my favorite thing there.

What is your favorite thing about your teacher? My teacher is really good at describing what to do.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not playing music? Gymnastics, soccer and playing with my friends.
