We are excited to announce the 4th Bach to Rock Conference, scheduled for October 27 – 29, 2026, at Margaritaville Hotel in San Diego, CA. This three-day event will be packed with opportunities for engagement, education, and building our community. The theme for this year’s conference is “Ain’t it Fun,” and we’re eager to see everyone there.
Who Should Attend: This event is open to Franchise Owners, School Directors, Assistant Directors, and Corporate Staff. We strongly encourage all schools to attend, as this is a vital opportunity for us to grow stronger together, learn from each other, and celebrate our successes and future goals for this amazing brand.
Conference Committee: A big thank you to our Conference Committee members, who are working hard to create an exciting and valuable event for everyone: Rick Schmidt (Lake Mary & Lutz, FL), David Hill (Leawood, KS), Mengjia Chen (Rancho Penasquitos, CA), Eric Strohecker (Powell, OH), and Judy Shoulak (Plymouth, Coon Rapids & Minnetonka, MN).

* A learning Session will be a moderated panel, moderated small group discussion or other style of information sharing session. Topics to be solicited by the Franchise Committee for content to be developed and delivered by best-in-class owners and directors.
Registration
- Cost: $499 per person (includes the entire conference, reception, breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and social activities). Travel, hotel, and non-program meals are not included.
- Multiple Attendee Discount: Additional discounts apply for multiple attendees from the same school or franchise: $449 for the second attendee and $399 for each additional attendee.
- Early Bird Discount: Register by May 31, 2026 for a reduced price of $449 (first attendee only).
- Hotel Fee: Please note that there will be a $75 per registration fee charged to anyone who stays at a hotel other than Margaritaville Hotel.
- Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued after June 30, 2026, due to non-refundable deposits made to the hotel.
- Guests: Any guests who will be joining us for the Welcome Reception, Breakfasts, or the social activities are welcome and will need to be registered below. A $150 fee will be charged for guest participation.
All registration fees will be collected via ACH in September 2026.
