></p> <p>Sierra R A.K.A. "DJ Beauty and the Beatz" is the February DJ Student of the Month. Sierra is a 10 year old Beat Refinery DJ student living in DC Metro area. Born in Las Vegas, NV, DJ Beauty and the Beatz was exposed to music before she could crawl by her father. Riding in the car with him running errands, she realized her own love for beats and lyrics. By six years of age, she began recognizing samples used by different artists and shouting “air” suggestions to the radio DJ to play certain songs together based on their similarities.</p> <p><iframe loading=
