Record a Demo Camp gives young artists a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to promote a band. This one-of-a-kind camp for up-and-coming bands will show you how to book gigs and navigate the local music scene. Best of all, your band will get to create your first press kit and record a studio mastered demo at Bach to Rock® studios! (Recording studio space and equipment varies by location. Record a Demo & Build a Press Kit for Your Band!
Do you have an awesome band, but you’re not sure how to reach the next level? This camp for future rock stars will give your band a complete press kit — including a studio mastered demo.
In our Record a Demo Camp, you and your bandmates will work with a Bach to Rock producer to build your first press kit.
Our producers have firsthand experience working in the music industry, giving your band an insider’s guide to the local music scene. We’ll give you tips on how to land your first gigs and work your way up to headliner status. Our instructors can also give tips on how to reach fans through social media and streaming services.
At the same time, we’ll help you create your first press kit, including high-quality photos and a professional one-sheet. At the end of this camp, you’ll leave with a studio mastered demo to include in your press kit.
Before recording a demo, we can help your band choose which song you want to record. We’ll then bring you into our state-of-the-art studios to lay down your track. After the demo is recorded, we’ll work with your band to master the track and achieve the signature sound that you’re looking for on your demo.
