Brass Lessons in Mount Pleasant
Learn to play the trumpet, trombone, tuba, or another brass instrument with one-on-one lessons! At Bach to Rock, brass lessons include:
Our weekly lessons pair students with experienced musicians for one-on-one instruction. In addition to private lessons, we also offer semi-private lessons for groups of 2 students. Lessons are available both in-person and online.
The Bach to Rock approach lets students choose the songs and styles of music they learn. This makes brass lessons more fun and engaging, and it helps students learn more quickly!
We also encourage students to join a Bach to Rock band. This way, students have the chance to practice and perform with other musicians!
Music Lessons for Brass Instruments
The baritone’s rich tones make it a staple of brass sections in orchestras and marching bands. Bach to Rock also offers one-on-one lessons for the baritone’s slightly larger sibling, the euphonium.
French Horn Lessons
Our instructors work with students to master the French horn, which can be a tricky instrument to learn for beginner students. With its clear and mellow tones, it’s a stunning part of the brass section, and a highly rewarding instrument for musicians!
Unlike other brass instruments, the trombone’s slide section makes it uniquely fun and challenging for new musicians. Our private trombone lessons can help you or your child master this mainstay of the brass section.
The trumpet is one of the brightest, loudest, and most versatile instruments around. Popular with jazz and classical orchestras, the trumpet also has a place in rock and pop music! Our trumpet lessons offer a perfect introduction to this small yet powerful horn.
Big, bold, and with powerful bass tones, the tuba is often called the “heart” of concert bands. One-on-one tuba lessons are a great choice for students who’ve chosen tuba as their first instrument, or who are adding the tuba to their repertoire.
Build Skills in a Bach to Rock Band!
One-on-one lessons are a great way to learn music theory and technique. But to become a great musician, you need to play with other performers.
At Bach to Rock, we encourage all students to play as part of an ensemble, such as a school band program or a Bach to Rock band. By practicing and performing with peers, students learn to play as part of a larger group and have fun at the same time!
